Lotus. A kind and refined soul.
Elegant and minimalist, perfect for jazz, fusion, gypsy, flatpicking, and fingerpicking: a semi-acoustic carved from a solid block of mahogany, with a hand-inlaid lotus flower rosette as its signature.
Built to sing.
Jazz, fusion, gypsy, flatpicking, fingerpicking: the Lotus was born for musical languages where every note needs air around it — and for musicians who listen to the wood as they play.
The construction
The body is crafted from a single block of hollowed-out solid mahogany; the soundboard is calibrated for controlled, musical resonance. It is the Jacaranda approach to the semi-acoustic: solid structure, a voice that breathes.
The details
The hand-inlaid asymmetrical lotus flower rosette is the instrument's hallmark. The Kaya mahogany neck is joined to the body with the original Jacaranda system; the bridge integrates the balance control, and the pickup covers are made of wood: aesthetic coherence down to the last detail.
Hand-calibrated plates: the voice of the Lotus is born here.
